At Civic Collective, we believe the most valuable outcomes are not simply the projects we complete, but the understanding we gain along the way.
Every engagement begins with an Action Learning Question. Rather than assuming we already know the answer, we work alongside our partners to test assumptions, reflect on experience and build understanding through successive cycles of action and learning.
The Learning Ledgers that follow capture that process. They are not polished success stories or post-project reports. They are records of inquiry, reflection and learning that continue to shape The Compass and our practice of Civic Intelligence.
